SERIES SPOTLIGHT: The Meratis Trilogy

The other day, I did a cover reveal for Evenlight, the third book in Krista Walsh's Meratis Trilogy.  It is a gorgeous cover and I can't wait to start reading it.  I am almost done with book two and I am loving this trilogy.  It is a lot of fun to see what could happen when an author gets pulled into the world he has created, meeting the characters and becoming part of the adventure.
Today, Evenlight is available for purchase on several book sites, but before I give you those links, I want to take the time to introduce you to the rest of the series.  So ...

Meratis Trilogy 1:
Evensong

Author: Krista Walsh
Publisher: Raven's Quill Press
Publication date: 1.28.2014
Pages: 317
Genre: Fantasy, Historical, Paranormal, Sword & Sorcery

Author Jeff Powell wakes up to find the impossible has happened.  He is within his own novel - summoned into the fictional world of Feldall's Keep by a spell he didn't write.  One the House enchantress hasn't figured out how to reverse.
When the villain he's been struggling to write reveals himself, unleashing waves of terror and chaos, Jeff must use more than his imagination to save the characters he created - and the woman he loves.
Trapped within a world of his own creation, he must step outside the bounds of his narrative to help his characters defeat an evil no one anticipated, even if he must sacrifice his greatest gift.  In the end, he has to ask: are novels really fiction, or windows into other worlds?

Meratis Trilogy 2:
Eventide

Author: Krista Walsh
Publisher: Raven's Quill Press
Publication date: 6.6.2014
Pages: 313
Genre: Fantasy, Historical, Paranormal, Sword & Sorcery

Six months after he returns from his fictional world of Andvell, Jeff Powell is still plagued by nightmares, and an inability to write anything new.  Cursed with permanent writer's block, and on the verge of losing the woman of his dreams, he feels his life can't get any more complicated.  Until he comes home to find Jayden and Brady in his apartment with news that the evil sorcerer Raul is in Montreal.
In their search for the now powerless-villain, they find themselves cast back into Andvell, tasked by the Sisters with finding Raul before he regains his power and destroys the world.
As far as Jeff is concerned, he has greater issues.  Cassie has a new admirer, his characters are keeping secrets, and he has become the target of a silent assassin.  Without his creativity, Jeff doesn't know if he's up to the challenge.  If he wants to save the world from ruin, he needs to prove he has more to offer than his imagination.

And now...

Meratis Trilogy 3:
Evenlight

Author: Krista Walsh
Publisher: Raven's Quill Press
Publication date: 1.11.2015
Pages: 298
Genre: Fantasy, Historical, Paranormal, Sword & Sorcery

Jeff Powell wants nothing more than to leave his adventures behind him, but he owes a debt and the Sisters intend to collect, no matter the cost.  Stealing Cassie in exchange for Jeff's returned imagination, he and Venn are enlisted to save Andvell from destruction.
With Brady's mind being taken over by Talfyr's, Jasmine unwell, and Jayden brooding over his broken heart, Jeff must rely on the strength of their friendship to find Cassie and save multiple worlds from being torn apart by growing rifts in the Veil.
As the doorway between worlds closes, Jeff needs to choose which side he'll end up on, and what he's willing to give up before the end.

It does look good when they're all laid out together like that, don't they? But it's the covers that make it beautiful. Your cover artist did a great job on that!!

And you are very welcome for the spotlight. I love to let my readers know about series that they should check out. And this is definitely one they should!! :)
